I've been dying to get a shih tzu for years but I can't really find a cheaper one. Where do you think I can find one here at a low cost?
dog pounds aren't really a "thing" here in the Philippines, you know. we ARE a THIRD world country.
I don't think it's worth spending all this time to get a dog…A better idea would be to adopt one. I always get so angry when I see these questions because people want to spend money on an expensive dog that would have a good life if no one got it anyway because the breeders are probably rich. Why not change the way things are and adopt a homeless animal and give it a chance? Pound animals aren't all beaten and abused. There are lots that were just strays and were found, and lots that had a home and had to be given up for things like allergies, costs, and other animals not getting along. These could be the best animals you could ever have.
Check the meat market. Its usually $3.99 a pound in the philippines. Good eats!
